I have another video of this technique. This one, which I demonstrate standing up, can equally be done sitting down. This particular technique is quite discreet – you could be a passenger in a car, in a meeting, in school, standing in a queue, waiting for a bus or train. Just before you go into a classroom or meeting.
Why would you do this particular exercise?
If you struggle to get your words and ideas across; if you know the right answers but cannot seem to get them out in time. If you find yourself reading information then being at a loss as to what you just read! If you feel panic and scattered, unable to think clearly. And my favourite word – Discombobulated!
