The Daily Energy Routine, or DER, is a collection of effective, easy, routines. Elsewhere on my webpage I have taken several of the exercises in stand alone videos so I can better explain them. Here I demonstrate all the exercises as they naturally flow together.

Grounding. Stomach Tap on the face. For dropping energy out from the head.

Cross Crawl. For crossing over left and right side of the brain.

Crown Pull. Headaches, Clarity of thought, eye strain, muzzy head.

Lymphatics. Part of the immune system – after being ill these get clogged. Lack of movement can lead to clogged lymphatics. You feel sluggish, bloated, stuck.

Connecting Heaven and Earth. Opens up every joint in the body.
