Hormones are for life, not just the menopause.

Hormones are involved in daily life. In how we respond to stress, how we relax, how we can relate to others, are we happy, sad. They are really noticeable when women have periods and as children become young adults, – the whole family probably agrees that hormones can affect the whole family if one person’s hormones are out of place. So doing this balancing exercise affects you and everyone else around you for the better. And it is not just for women, men have hormones too so balancing theirs’s is a great idea.
