Bowen Technique
A beautifully elegant, seemingly gentle yet very powerful way to release facia, lymph and blood allowing the body to create the space for pain and discomfort to move.
Shiatsu
Often referred to as Acupuncture without the needles as both methods use the Meridian System, or as Western science see it, the facia, lymphatic and nervous system.
Energy Medicine
Bringing together 9 energy systems, including the meridians, facia, the human bio field, electrics, grounding and neuroplasticity into a testable, life changing treatment protocol. When someone has had Acupuncture, Bowen and other body based systems and medical interventions to no seeming benefit, then this is the way forward.
Scar Work
One of the most effective release techniques I have come across, it is stunningly effective on all types of scar tissue. No matter how old the scar, or how big or deep, it stimulates the electrical nature of facia to reform and reconnect. This has been filmed on scans in hospitals.

Consultations
How long is each session?
Up to 90 minutes.
This is comprised of 30-40 minute one to one online consultation followed by a full write up of the Energy Exercises, notes, video links, hints, tips. All sent off to you via email.
You can contact me after with questions. Please do ask if you have a question. One exercise done well, with joy, with confidence, is worth more than an hour of exercises done out of obligation.
How often should I do the exercises?
Changing long-established habits does take time, make no mistake. So, I suggest doing at least one exercise every couple of hours – say when you are boiling the kettle for a hot drink. When you go to the toilet – why, you are in a natural break to your routine, and no one will see you waving your hands around.
Find your own rhythm.
How many sessions will I need?
This is a difficult question to answer with any certainty.
What I would recommend is firstly do the energy exercises regularly, over the course of 3-4 weeks. You will know if something is happening quite quickly. You will know if it feels right. If one exercise is meh, while another is yay!
You might notice a change after the first day – that change may not be dramatic; it could be a change in how you sleep, your mood, in fact it might even make the symptoms initially worse. After 3 days any adverse symptoms should have stopped and you should be feeling generally easier in yourself.
After a month we schedule another session where we discuss, feedback and generally tweak to recreate a new Energy Prescription to move you further forward.
Aftercare
Water. Water. Water. Drink more water. You are cleaning out your energetic gutters. It needs fresh water to flush the old stuck lymph.
Walking is the other way to work with the lymphatic system. The Heart pumps blood but only working muscles moves lymphatic fluids. And walking in nature. Why, why not.
Rest: if you are tired, rest. And this is important – if you are exhausted after doing an exercise, STOP. This could be because a) you are doing it too often for your system at this time – try doing it less often and see what happens. Still exhausted, then leave that exercise out for now. Ask my advice.
Can I receive other treatments or sessions?
I suggest not mixing in other modalities. Just do the Energy Exercises for the first month. Why? Well Firstly, you won’t know which one is working best for you.
Secondly, too much information for the body-mind is likely to cancel all treatment benefits. You may have effectively wasted your money. Patience is an important part of any treatment plan.
